01My background
I started out in full-stack development, web and mobile, then took on Tech Lead and technical leadership responsibilities. Much of my work has been in demanding sectors: the public sector, healthcare and telecoms. The main milestones are detailed in our case studies:
- 2018–19 · Orange Business Services: tools available on desktop, mobile and tablet, integrated through APIs.
- 2019–21 · OPT New Caledonia: the customer portal with centralised sign-in, and the mobile parcel delivery app.
- 2021–22 · CAFAT: the member portals of New Caledonia's social security.
- 2022–23 · Kalikom and Santé O Global: apps and a digital identity for two New Caledonian businesses.
- 2023–24 · INTEGRALE: outsourced technical leadership for two companies, between Réunion and Madagascar.
- 2025 · Aexmed and UPTIME: a web and mobile healthcare platform, and a statutory inspection app that works offline.
The 2018 to 2024 engagements predate Neodev Ltd: I worked on them before founding the collective.
02What I do today
I wear two hats. As a part-time CTO, I make the technical decisions nobody owns in-house: architecture, stack and vendor choices, roadmap, hiring. As a Full-Stack Tech Lead, I get my hands in the code, with React, NestJS, React Native, AWS and CI/CD pipelines. I work remotely, from France, Mauritius or elsewhere, with fixed slots in each client's calendar.
03Neodev: a collective, one point of contact
Neodev Ltd is a company incorporated under Mauritian law in April 2025, registered under BRN C25220351, with its registered office in La Preneuse, Mauritius. It gives a framework to what I've been doing since 2018, consulting and development, and adds a collective of trusted senior experts, equipped with AI, whom we bring in according to each project's needs. You keep a single point of contact from the first conversation to delivery. The code, the access credentials and the documentation belong to you, and we sign an NDA on request. You'll also find us as Neodev Consulting, the name of our LinkedIn page and of our domain, neodevconsulting.com.
