Sound familiar?
We work with founders and product teams at B2B SaaS companies, from seed to Series A, when the product has customers but the tech can't keep up.
The MVP keeps breaking in production
Bugs, slowdowns, incidents at every release: your customers notice before you do.
No one to make the tech calls
No in-house CTO to settle architecture, stack or vendor choices. A part-time tech lead can.
Code inherited from an agency or an AI tool
Written by an agency, by a freelancer who left, or with Lovable or Bolt, and nobody wants to touch it any more.
Tech debt blocking the roadmap
Every new feature breaks another. A rebuild is due, but where do you start?

Projects delivered, in production
8 projects delivered since 2018, 2 of them under the Neodev name.
I'm very satisfied with the work you did, Adrien, despite the distance between us. Your professionalism won me over, which is why we worked together again on 3 different projects. Thank you for the listening, the shared vision and your initiative.
Adrien worked on several projects within the Postal IS office of the Office des Postes et Télécommunications of New Caledonia. As Scrum Master, I appreciated his versatility and the fact that he always volunteered to help the various members of the team. Full of ideas, he also got brilliantly involved in the design of the applications, which were crafted with taste and much appreciated by users. On a human level, he fit in very quickly and contributed a great deal to the team's good atmosphere. I highly recommend him.
Beyond his recognised technical skills, Adrien is a model of how to integrate into a team. His good mood is contagious, and he knows how to bring that extra soul to the group, a quality all the more valuable in these times of lockdown.
Adrien joined our development team on two projects combining Angular, SpringBoot and Ionic. Very attentive to the UI and UX of his applications, he brings effective and relevant design solutions. His appetite for the Agile methodology led him to take on the Scrum Master role several times, which he handled with flawless professionalism. On the human side, he fit in very easily and played an important part in the team's cohesion.
Precise and leaving nothing to chance, Adrien shows a genuine drive to bring solutions and solve problems down to the smallest detail, all while keeping his knowledge and expertise at their peak. Highly attentive to every detail of a project, his excellent people skills make it all easier. A real pleasure.
Adrien is a highly skilled person who radiates good humour every day. He co-supervised me during my internship at the OPT's IT department. He gave me relevant advice and answered my questions, particularly on design and the UI in Ionic/Angular, where I could see his great skill. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
Adrien was an asset within an Agile project team. He knows how to grasp needs while anticipating technical challenges. A curious developer, ready to question himself to improve. Autonomous in his work, he makes the most of his communication skills to interact with his team.
I asked Adrien to build my portfolio to showcase all of my photographs. Adrien proved efficient and didn't hesitate to suggest different layouts and to take my feedback into account. It was a real pleasure to work with you, Adrien. Good luck on your travels; there's no doubt you'll make a living from your passion!
Very satisfied with Adrien's professionalism.
Before we start, the essentials
How long does a project take?
An express diagnostic takes 2 days, a full diagnostic 4 days. Stabilisation takes a few weeks, and a takeover or an MVP is usually delivered in 2 to 4 months depending on scope. We set the pace together from the first call.
How does billing work?
Three fixed-price diagnostics: express (2 days, €1,130), full (4 days, €2,260) and diagnostic with stabilisation (10 days, €5,650). Their price is credited if you continue with us. After that, time and materials at €565 per day or fixed price, with a detailed quote within 48h. We don't charge VAT: the amount shown is what you pay. If your business is VAT-registered, you account for it under the reverse charge.
Who exactly do I work with?
Adrien, the founder, stays your single point of contact. Neodev is a collective: depending on your project, we bring in trusted senior experts, equipped with AI. One contact, from first call to delivery.
What if Adrien is unavailable?
Your project doesn't rest on one person. The code and access sit with you from day one, in your own repository. Documentation is kept up as we go, not at the end. And if Adrien becomes unavailable, a partner team of senior developers, ready to step in, takes over the project.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely. The code, the access and the documentation are yours. You stay the owner and stay autonomous, no lock-in.
What happens after delivery?
Supported production rollout, knowledge transfer and ongoing support if needed. The goal: an autonomous product (or team), not a dependency.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request and we're used to regulated sectors (public sector, healthcare, telecom). Your data and your IP stay strictly protected.
Tell us your needs, we reply within 24h.
Whether you have an idea to validate, a product to build, or a team to reinforce, we treat every request seriously and confidentially.
